Product Information and Pricing

HarborSelecty Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability information accurate and current. If a mistake occurs in product details, pricing, or availability, we retain the right to rectify the error and void any orders placed on the basis of the inaccurate information, at no expense to you. For goods with natural variation (such as handmade items or products made from natural materials), minor differences in size, weight, or appearance compared with the listed specifications may be present. Product details and warnings are supplied for informational purposes only; HarborSelecty Store cannot warrant that products are entirely free of cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Orders and Payment

All materials on HarborSelecty Store platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "HarborSelecty Store" name and branding — belong exclusively to HarborSelecty Store and are safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property legislation. User Responsibilities

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms
